• New Data Case Study Video – Combining LIHEAP and Census Data
  • Watch a short vignette discussing Illinois' effort to combine LIHEAP Data and Census Data to analyze the share of the income-eligible population served by LIHEAP. This vignette is available on the ACF YouTube Channel.


• LIHEAP Reporting Guidance Now Available
  • FY 2023 Household Report Short and Long Form – Action Transmittal (AT). This AT provides LIHEAP grant recipients with information about the FY 2023 Household Report forms and to point out changes to the Household Report for FY 2023 and FY 2024. The final data for the LIHEAP FY 2023 Household Report is due no later than Friday, December 15, 2023. This AT is available here.
  • FY 2024 Model Plan – Action Transmittal (AT). ). This AT provides LIHEAP grant recipients with instructions to complete the FY 2024 Model Plan application to receive LIHEAP funds from ACF. Further information to "clone" or pre-populate prior data into a new Plan submission is included. This AT is available here.
